Prestige Travel & Events respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We collect the details you share with us when you enquire or book, such as your name, contact details, travel dates, traveller names, preferences and any special requirements. For bookings, suppliers may also require passport details, dates of birth and payment information.

2. How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, plan and book your travel, communicate with you about your journey and, if you agree, send occasional travel inspiration and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to deliver your bookings, for example with airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transfer and tour providers, travel insurers and our host agency partners. Some suppliers are located overseas. We never sell your personal information.

4. Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and keep it only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
