Draft for review · Last updated October 2026

These terms explain how Prestige Travel & Events works with you when planning and booking travel and events. Please read them carefully before confirming any booking. By asking us to proceed with a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Our role

Prestige Travel & Events arranges travel services on your behalf with third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transfer companies, guides and venues. We act as an agent for these suppliers. Each booking is a contract between you and the supplier, and is subject to that supplier's own terms and conditions.

2. Planning fees

Depending on the scope and complexity of your journey or event, a planning fee may apply. Any planning fee will be confirmed with you in writing before planning begins. Unless agreed otherwise, planning fees cover the time and expertise involved in designing your itinerary and are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Proposals and pricing

Proposals are prepared in good faith using the information available at the time. Prices and availability are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed and paid, and may change due to supplier pricing, exchange rates, taxes, fuel surcharges or availability.

4. Deposits and payments

Deposits and final payment dates are set by each supplier and will be outlined in your proposal. Bookings are confirmed only once the required deposit has been received. If payments are not made by the due date, suppliers may cancel your booking and apply cancellation fees.

5. Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a booking, please let us know in writing as soon as possible. Supplier amendment and cancellation fees will apply as set out in each supplier's conditions, and an administration fee may also apply. If a supplier changes or cancels a service, we will help you with alternatives or any refund available from that supplier.

6. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend that every traveller holds comprehensive travel insurance from the time the first deposit is paid. If you choose to travel without insurance, you accept responsibility for any losses or costs that insurance might otherwise have covered.

7. Passports, visas and health

Each traveller is responsible for holding a valid passport, the correct visas and entry documents, and meeting any health or vaccination requirements for their journey. We are happy to point you to current requirements, but these can change and should be confirmed with the relevant authorities.

8. Our responsibility

We take great care in selecting suppliers and arranging your travel. However, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions or failures of suppliers, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Privacy

We collect personal information only to plan and book your travel and to stay in touch about your enquiry. Information is shared with suppliers only as needed to deliver your bookings, and is handled in accordance with Australian privacy law.

10. Questions

If you have any questions about these terms, please contact us on +61 422 485 336 or hello@prestigetraveldesigns.com.au before confirming your booking.
